1. Overview
This Refund Policy governs all services provided by J1K Technologies. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are strictly limited and only applicable under the conditions outlined below.
2.1 Standard Refund Window
- Refund requests must be submitted within 10 calendar days of delivery.
2.2 Extended Window for First-Time Clients
- First-time clients or first-time service users may request a refund within30 calendar days of initial delivery.
- This extended window applies only to the first project or first engagement with J1K Technologies.
- J1K Technologies reserves the right to determine eligibility for first-time client status.
2.3 Mandatory Conditions (Applies to All Refunds)
- A written and mutually agreed project scope must exist
- The delivered product must materially deviate from agreed requirements
- The client must provide documented evidence of such deviation
- J1K Technologies must be given an opportunity to resolve the issue through revisions
Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in rejection of the refund request.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after project initiation
- Subjective dissatisfaction (design preference, UX opinions)
- Incomplete or evolving requirements from the client
- Delays caused by lack of communication or inputs
- Approved milestones or delivered modules
- AI model performance variations within expected limits
4. Scope Finalization & Change Requests
All projects are executed based on a clearly defined scope agreed upon before development begins.
- Any changes after approval are treated as new requests
- Additional work will be billed separately
- Scope changes do not qualify for refunds
5. Milestone-Based Delivery
- Projects are delivered in milestones or phases
- Approval of a milestone confirms acceptance of that work
- Approved milestones are non-refundable
6. Revision Policy
We provide reasonable revisions aligned with the agreed requirements.
- Revisions must fall within the original scope
- Excessive or repeated revisions may incur additional charges
- Revisions are the primary method of issue resolution—not refunds
7. Payments & Deposits
- All upfront payments are non-refundable once work has started
- Reserved development time and resources are billable
- Partial payments correspond to completed work
8. Refund Request Process
- Email support@jump1k.com within 10 days of delivery
- Provide documented proof of requirement mismatch
- Allow our team to review and attempt resolution
Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–10 business days.
9. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will result in:
- Immediate service suspension
- Legal escalation if required
- Permanent account restriction
10. Legal Protection
J1K Technologies reserves the right to reject refund claims that:
- Are based on subjective expectations
- Contradict the agreed scope
- Are filed after the 10-day window
