No Partial Refunds: We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases of our subscription services:

4. One-Time Purchases

5. Custom Development Services

For custom development and consulting services:

  • Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Work completed is generally non-refundable
  • Deposit payments are non-refundable after work commences
  • Disputes should be raised within 30 days of service delivery

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Renewal charges (unless cancelled before renewal)
  • Setup fees or one-time onboarding charges
  • Third-party services or licenses purchased through us
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for terms violations

8. Refund Processing

Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Timeline: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Payment Processor: Refunds are processed through Paddle or Razorpay, our payment provider. You may see the refund as a credit from "Paddle.com", "Razorpay.com" or "J1K Technologies."

9. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account
  • Additional chargeback fees
  • Inability to access refund guarantees in the future
